I just got a new Blaze but I can't do anything it won't go off the front logo screen I can't even charge it can anyone help please thanks

Why do you say that it won't charge? Are you using the phones charger, and didn't you feel a vibration while plugging it in?

@Nicky0C im glad you are up. BTW until the tracker is set up there will not be any charging screen, only the slight vibration when attaching the tracker to its charger
