Having trouble syncing to a new time zone on my Blaze. In all the years I’ve had it, I’ve never had this issue. Generally, as soon as I sync, the Fitbit changes to match the time on my phone, but for some reason, this time it continues to stay 2 hours later than the time on my phone. Everything else is syncing, but the time just won’t, no matter how many times I sync. Slightly annoying. 🙄 Any way I can manually adjust it?

My husband is having the same problem with his Versa 2 this time, so I am wondering if it’s an app issue? I ended up editing my time zone and that worked to get the time correct, but I had my “adjust automatically” enabled as always, so still not sure why the time won’t sync when my phone does. I’ve had my Blaze for years and this is the first time this has been an issue. 🙄

Same problem with my Blaze and my wife's Inspire II
We traveled from the US (EDT) to Honduras (CDT) and now neither will synch and I get an error that Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. I found references to that error and it said to change the password bu that didn't help.
Several months ago I had syncing problems and suddenly it fixed itself. They don't care about older devices.

I had the same problem but fixed it. I got it to work by going to account>App Settings>Time Zone, then toggling Set automatically off, then on again, then syncing. I too have had my blaze for a couple of years and never had this issue and I travel a lot. After the last app update (I am on IOS 14.6) a couple of days ago a message came up saying that fitbit won’t support software for the Blaze any more. Since then I have had all sorts of issues syncing, adjusting time zones and changing clock face. I sincerely hope this is a temporary bug and not a dishonest way to obsolete this neat device.

Thanks for the info.. I’m just now realizing my blaze doesn’t seem to be syncing properly/incorrect time?? Mine still works great too and it’d be shame if it isn’t going to be supported any longer. I bought an Apple Watch last year because the price was pretty good and I was curious. I like it and it’s really nice. But I still prefer my Fitbit versa and blaze because of the sleep tracking. It’s a series 5 and has ‘lots’ of features.. most of which I don’t use.
