I have had my Fitbit blaze for a couple years now and never had any issues with it. Today I noticed the screen is stuck on the logo flashing even 10 sec or so. I have tried resetting I have tried setting up a as new device on my Fitbit app. Nothing has worked. Please help. I love my Fitbit and so sad I can’t do anything to get back to the regular screen. And suggestions would be greatly appreciated 😞

I had the same problem, and the Fitbit CSR was less than helpful, only offering me a 25% discount on a replacement, rather than being able to fix it. So I let the Fitbit totally discharge, for almost two weeks, then recharged it overnight. This total reboot fixed the problem.
