Blaze is stuck on start up screen

Hi. Today I had looked at my fit bit, and it had half a battery.... 30 minutes later the screen was black. I have tried troubleshooting and restarting it but it wont come off the start up screen (the one which has the Fitbit logo on)  I have also tried leaving it in the charger port, changing the plug the lead is in etc....
