Blaze is stuck with diamond on screen, flashing off and on

My Fitbit blaze has diamond icon stuck on screen....it flashes occasionally. I’ve tried restart as suggested on forum, but doesn’t work

Could you please provide a few more details about this diamond icon that you see on your display? Could you post a picture here to further investigate? 

 

Or let me know if by any chance you're referring to the icons here below:

The Fitbit icon (teal dots) is stuck on screen. I have tried restart and power off with no success, I’ve let the battery drain down then recharge with no success. I’ve only had it for about two weeks.

My screen is doing the same thing. I have a Fitbit Versa. Bought it in December. Can you help with mine as well?

Hi @DavideFitbit  - I have the exact same problem started with in a few months after buying blaze.I tried restarting and switching it off ( no luck ).Could you please help.

Hi, I have the same problem with my Blaze. The logo is on and I cannot reset or shutdown the device.

Same thing here .. was working great - but now it's stuck on that LOGO and resetting doesn't work.  Was fully charged this AM - did my AM 3mile walk and now ??
