My blaze ran out of battery yesterday morning and I forgot to take my charger to work with me to top it up during the day. At one point I looked at it and the Fitbit logo was displayed and then it showed the time (as if I’d charged it). This only lasted for about a minute, before returning to the charge battery screen. I put it on to charge as soon as I got home (sorry I can’t remember whether the logo showed whilst doing this), but when I went to put it back in the wristband, it was totally unresponsive and the flashing green lights on the back weren’t there. I have followed the reset instructions (holding the left and bottom right buttons together for 10-15 seconds) several times, but nothing happens. I have also tried charging it again. Can you help please? My Fitbit was a Christmas present from my husband in 2016.

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
