Blaze is unable to swipe

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze tracker is allowing me to swipe up to music controls and down to notifications, as well as still being able to connect as an input device, but I can't swipe right to see stuff such as Today's stats, or timers or alarms and the like.

I have the same issue after the update... Left button does bring the screen back.

I hope that this is not away that we are getting tricked and buying a new. Probably an Ionic because this model has been discontinued?

A warm welcome to the Community @Josh__G and @4Cacado2 thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your trackers aren't swiping, I recommend restarting them by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Now if the issue is directly with a button, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
