Blaze isn't beeping at 1 km markers during runs

My Fitbit Blaze has worked well for over a year and buzzes at each kilometer marker when I run. About two weeks ago it stopped doing this and now marks just every 5K. I did not change anything. I have also gone into my app settings and it's set for 1K. What can I do to change this back?

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend performing a restart by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
