I just bought the fitbit blaze. There must be something wrong with the charging? I've had the tracker in the charger for 2 hours and it's still showing low. It's also not showing the battery on the screen. It still says "fitbit.com/setup". Does this mean it's not properly in the case to charge? What is going on? Is this device defected?

@hemminger80 Until the tracker is setup, the display will only show FITBIT.COM/Setup
No battery or charging indicator until after.
Here is a link to the Blaze User Guide to help you with the setup, and how to use.
Hope that helps~

ive tried. It's been in the charger plugged up to my computer for close to 3 hours. And it wont let me run it to start on the app on my phone because the battery is still low. This ridiculous.

the tracker is connected to my Bluetooth and it's still low on the battery after 3 hours.

@hemminger80 If you are still getting low battery message, do you have a phone charging block you could use? Perhaps it will charge it faster that way (just be sure it is an UL approved block)

@hemminger80 Also, the app will establish the bluetooth connection, so you may need to remove it from the current connection so it can connect during the set up through the App.
