Blaze isn't charging

Charger was fine this AM but tonight the green lights in the bottom of the charger weren't blinking...so my Blaze won't charge. Only been using it a week. Anyone else's charger just stop working?

My blaze recently stopped charging and before that the battery life had dropped to 1 day then a few hours. Now I have a non functioning band.   Seems to be common right now with the blaze.   Haven't heard anything from fitbit about it.

I'm confused. My blaze charger has no green lights on it. I put it  in the charger snap it down and I see the battery charging.

 

I do however have green lights on the device ti self. But you cant see them when they are in the charger.

 

But do a restart it solves many problems

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I can't restart mine because if i take it out of the charger it turns off.

Did your tracker stop working at some point today?

Have you checked the orentation and cleaned the contacts with isopropyl alcohol?

 

I also am not sure what the link is, but the heart rate lights do not have to be on for the Blaze to charge.

 I've tried cleaning the contacts unfortunately nothing improved.   Still left with a non functioning blaze.

Thank you Silvia.  I would like to get my blaze operating again. Seems there are a number of blaze customers with the same issues on the same timeline.
