Blaze isn’t charging!

I just bought my blaze last night. Came home, set it up with no problems. It was fully charged and ready to go this morning, so I put it on and went on about my day. About 12 hours later I noticed it had died. Huh? Yes it DIED. I just assumed i had not fully charged it. Anyway so I get home and charge it. It’s been 3 hours and it’s still showing the battery is dead (the bar is red) but on my app it says it’s fully charged. I took it out and it shut off. Put it back in and still shows the red bars. Am I doing something wrong? Or do I need to just take it back?

@Jasminodam_ the app only knows the state of the battery fitting the last time the tracker synced. Now if the tracker just synced then I would say that is pretty weird. 

What are you using to charge your Blaze? You could try your phones charger. 

Also make sure that the contacts line up, I think we all have placed the Blaze in backwards at one time.
