Blaze isn't charging

Please help, my Fitbit Blaze is not charging, I have tried everything, cleaned it, yes it is placed correctly, it’s snaps shut, I've connected it for hours it’s not coming on, or even showing the battery sign. And on the app it’s showing battery empty. I’m sending this from Nigeria so there’s no store to walk in to to ask what’s going on.
