I have android device Sony Xperia C4 dual sim with android 5.1 OS . Blaze is connected to my device by bluestooth successfully but whenever trying to control from blaze. it is showing connecting and then Not connected. Please let me know what is the solution for this. Thanks.

@blaze01, I moved this post the Blaze Help Forum. I am not sure what it has to do with the subject of overeating - it appears to be a problem between the Blaze and the Fitbit app.

Thanks for moving the post @USAF-Larry. Welcome to the Community @blaze01! Currently, the Sony Xperia C4 isn't listed as supported in our list. This is the reason why you're unable to sync your Blaze to your account from your phone.
You can use the app to log your food, exercise and water and use the computer to sync your tracker. You just need to have plug the Dongle in your computer and once you're near it, it will automatically sync.
