Blaze isn't counting all my steps

My Fitbit Blaze used to be pretty accurate for the most part but this week, is a good bit off. I just walked 2.5 miles and it only showed 3074 steps(1.5 miles). Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried restarting and such but that didn't resolve the problem.

A warm welcome to the Community @MegMom3.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. For tips about improving accuracy, I recommend taking a look at the help article How accurate are Fitbit devices?.

Factors such as device placement, dominant or non-dominant hand, and stride length affect the number of steps recorded. I recommend considering these tips and try the following:

1. Put your device on your wrist.

2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.

3. Pause, then check your device to see your step count.

Let me know how many it recorded. Robot Happy
