I've noticed my Blaze isn't holding charge and I have checked the charger with a friends and it works but looking at the back of the Blaze where the contact points are the two points at left side seem to have holes in the middle. Does this mean it had worn through!? Anyone else had this problem. Surely the contacts shouldn't have done this.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? The issue is with the Blaze holding a charge or with your cradle? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. Also, attached is an image of the cradle.
