Blaze isn't receiving mail notifications

I was wondering why my mail does not sync with the Fitbit app anymore? It worked fine until about a month ago and now it is not even in the notifications list? I uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything and still nothing?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't receiving your mail notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

Thanks, I have done all these steps. I’m not sure what else I can do now that is why I am reaching out again.

The mail icon is not in the list? All my other apps are in the list and are working.
