Blaze isn't receiving text notifications

I have my iPhone 7 Plus for over a year. Receiving notifications never a problem. I had the notifications turned off but put it back on. I repaired the Blaze and the iPhone. Restarted the iPhone. I get phone notifications, Fitbit notification, but not text message. I have tried everything ever mentioned in every blog about this topic. What to do?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know which iOS your phone has? Have you updated it recently? Did you experience this after an update?

I have done the updates as they became available. My iPhone is 7 Plus.

Thanks for the information @SwedendreamerCould you please provide me with a screenshot of the Notifications settings for the Messages app to verify settings are correctly configured?
