Blaze isn't recording my floors

I have done on a day to day basis a minimum of 5,000 steps and my blaze doesn't always get my floors sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't

If your Fitbit device has one of the following problems, it may be fixed by a restart:

Not syncing

Not responding to button presses, taps, or swipes

Charged but doesn't turn on

Not tracking your steps or other stats

 

Restart: Hold the left and bottom right buttons until you see the fitbit logo, then let go -

Should start finding those flights again, remember you have to ascend 10-12 feet to register (no flight for coming down)
