Hi guys my Fitbit Blaze isn't recording my sleep, or record exercise just steps and Workout duration. I think the heart rate has gone on it? There used to be a chat where u could talk to someone has that gone now?

There is a Web chat option but it's not available 24 hours a day and it only shows on the contact page when it's available. You could try again in a few hours (think US west coast hours)
