Blaze isn't registering all my exercise

For the past three days, my Blaze would start (after syncing) to track my walk/run/ride, just like normal. When I got back, it showed that I had done 8,000 steps but only showed the first 50 meters of the map walk/run/ride. It is clearly talking with my Galaxy S9 during the whole excursion, but only collects track data for the first minute or two. I can provide an image of my Dashboard on request.

It's weird to hear that your tracker isn't tracking all of your exercise and recommend following the instructions provide in the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and to restart your Blaze by doing the following:

1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

After these steps, test your units.
