Blaze isn't registering my active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have ran, walked, and done a Pilates class.  My active minutes are reading 0.  I have restarted my Blaze, log out of app, and restarted my I phone.  Active minutes continue to read zero.  Any other ideas?

A warm welcome to the Community @Kimmysharp419.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know how are you registering your activities? Are you using SmartTrack, manually logging them or selecting them directly from the Blaze? In the meantime, check the help article What are active minutes?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

Sometimes I log them myself, other times I use the smart track. I can definitely tell you when I run my HR is in the 140-150 range sustained the entire time I am running. So it should definitely be “active”.

Thanks for the information @Kimmysharp419.

I recommend using the activity you are doing directly from the tracker, after the exercise sync your Blaze and see if the information there is correct. Do not manually log it.

Catch you later. Robot Happy
