Blaze isn't registering my sleep properly

Blaze is not picking up all sleep stages. Only asleep, restless and awake. How can I get it to pick up all of it that includes light sleep and REM?

Hello @Bwright16 let's open the Fitbit app

Tap on the sleep tile

Tap on an offending sleep record.

Under the sleep graph will have the reason for not seeing sleep stages.

Let us know what the problem was and we will try and help you.

Thank you

My sleep stages seem to be working. Now, my activities are posting slow or not at all. What can I do?

Welcome to the Community @Bwright16 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I am glad to see here that your inquiry about your sleep stages has been resolved. Now about the activities, can you please be more specific? Are you manually logging them? If the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions there.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I was wondering the same thing as @AlejandraFitbit, @Bwright16.

There are 4 different ways to record an exercise.

1 doing nothing and letting Fitbit decide.

2 starting the exercise from the wrist without the phone

3 starting from the wrist with the connected GPS on the phone

4 starting the exercise from the Fitbit app.

I assume your not manually adding the exercises, at a later date, through the app or web.
