Blaze isn't registering my steps

When I set my Blaze to track my walking, it is not counting my steps. I have reset my Blaze but still have had no success. Any help or ideas would be welcomed.

I'm a little confused @Drom, does it count the steps if the blaze is not in the walk tracking mode? Have you tried setting the Blazer to track a hike or a run?

Hey @Drom, welcome to the Community and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

 

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Can you please confirm that these are the steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Yes, I have done that. If I remember correctly, this started after the last
update I got.
