Blaze isn't registering sleep stages

 Hi All,

Wondering if you could help at all. Had a Fitbit Blaze for 18 months now, it use to track Awake / REM / Light / Deep sleep patterns up until June, since then its only doing asleep / restless / awake. I would much rather have the REM sleep showing.

Does anyone know how I can get this view & information back?  As for as I know I haven't changed settings, and always update the app straight away on my iPhone 6S plus.

Welcome to the Community @clairemmorris.

If your Blaze isn't providing you with your sleep stages information, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see sleep stages today? and follow the instructions provide there.

Keep me posted. Man Happy
