I’ve added spinning through exercise shortcuts and, although it registers that I have done some form of exercise, it is not registering in today’s activity. How do I sort this?

Are you making sure that your tracker is syncing properly? Could you provide me with some screenshots of recent activities by going to your exercise tile? In the meantime, I recommend following the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

I done 2 spin classes on Friday and nothing registers. It’s just a new Fitbit after last one faulty. It’s never recognising when I do spin classes even though I’ve added it. I’m sure it’s syncing properly. Thanks for your help.
