My blaze isn't displaying the correct time. I dont know what the peoblem is. I've checked other threads for solutions and did what they suggested (fixing and resetting time zone) but nothing has worked.

Very frustrating problem!  This has happened to me a couple of times after the battery on my Blaze was completely depleted.  Finally figured out that I had to do a manual sync with the Fitbit app and that's worked so far.

I don't see much detail about how the time is incorrect. Is it a few minutes, or an even number of hours.

Have you checked the device that your Blaze is syncing to?

I recently had my Blaze 3 minutes behind. Soon after I found that my phone was off by the same amount. My phone was supposed to be auto syncing to the national time standard, but wasn't. Once I fixed my phone issue, the next Fitbit sync corrected the time on my Blaze.

Hope this helps.

2 hours behind and I have tried everything. Going to toss it and use a regular watch. Never buying a Fitbit again.

Have you checked that your timezone on the watch is correct. You can find it here https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Mine does that every once in a while. Just resynce it to your device and it should be fine.

Hey everyone! In case, you've turned off your Blaze you need to sync it right after you've turn it on because the time and date will be lost. Here's how you force sync using a computer.

If you're using an app, then follow these steps:

- Go to the main page of the app

- Tap on your tracker's picture, in the upper right corner

- Tap on sync now in your app

The steps mentioned above, should do the trick to do a force sync. Smiley Happy

Additionally, if anyone is having syncing issue try this troubleshoot.

Yes, it happens and it takes a couple of syncs to get it right again.

My Blaze goes randomly an hour behind my phone and fitbit app often.  Today it has been an hour behind for several hours now.  I've forced sync on my app several times throughout the day.  That didn't fix it.  I've restarted my Blaze multiply times.  That didn't fix it.  My time zone settings are correct and have not been changed.  It's very frustrating.  I also have problems with my Blaze not tracking my exercise.  I often get an error saying the Blaze can't located my phone or 'See fitbit app'.  Bluetooth is on, nothing's been changed but it just randomly stops working right.  Same with the notifications on the Blaze.  My notifications haven't worked in a couple of weeks now.  For no reason, as far as I can tell because again none of the settings on my fitbit app or on my phone have been altered.  This is my 3rd fitbit and probably my last.  If I can't get it to work right, it's garbage.
