It connects to phone fine but when I tried to connect to Fitbit dashboard the pc sees an unidentifed signal but I get a message that the pc is not getting s response from the device. Thanks

Hello @tunnel, some you have mentioned both the phone and the computer. You will need to make sure that the tracker is not bonded to the phone, by moving the phone at least 30 feet away or to turn its Bluetooth off. 

 

I'm not sure what type of computer or what program you sync through since the tracker can connect through the Win 10 app or the connect software,

No it isn't but it may be because my phone and pc are close together. I will try that today. Now my sleep stages aren't showing up. Lol
