Hi all,

i have recently given my Fitbit blaze to my brother and he cannot get it to work on his phone at all.

it just won't find the device.

i have reset it and removed it from my app but still no joy.

any help please???

Turn your bluetooth off of your phone. The blaze is still trying to read on your p hone. Same thing happened when I gave to my sister. when I turned off my bluetooth, then her phone was. able to read the device.
