Blaze isn't syncing

My Blaze isn't syncing when I connect it into the dongle. It's stating that I need the little dongle.

Which device are you using to sync your tracker? Is it a computer or phone? I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
