Blaze isn't tracking my GPS map

Just recently my Blaze isn't registering my running route ie map, it is registering distance/time.

Hi @Elaine1b are you saying that you are not getting any map, or is the displayed map wrong.

If there isn't any map, then the GPS never connected.
