hello. I just received my blaze and I am not able to set it up due to it not turning on... I was able to add my device to my phone but now it wont turn on. I thought that the battery might be dead so ive had it plugged in but still nothing. I get the fitbit logo after holding the button on but as soon as I let go of it the screen will go black agan.

Welcome to the Community @MatthewStone! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've tried. I would like you to make sure that you're charging it correctly and you can also try to restart it.
You can try syncing the tracker even if it's connected to the charger while you're doing it.
