Blaze issues

I just purchased a Blaze and charged it. The battery is at medium after a day. It doesn't send notifications. When my phone rang and I couldn't answer it, there was no notification.  I also tried to send a test notification and nothing happened. Any suggestions?

Battery use may go fast when first setting up as it is doing a lot of communication.  As for notifications you need to ensure your phone setting allow the fitbit app to send and receive them go into your phone settings and find either app setting or notification settings (this all depends on your phone, phone OS and version as to where to look) and select the fitbit app and set it to allow notifications.

Also make sure the settings on the fit bit app itself is set to do notifications.  If you have done that then "Force Stop" the Fitbit App on the phone (via App manager) and then restart the app.

Once you have all set up then recharge the watch and see if the battery use is still excessive.  Even if it shows medium it can still last 4 or 5 days, so give it a few days to really be sure of the battery usage.

Thank you for the advice. Everything is set up so I will try the force stop.

I had issues charging from the word go. I would get with support and it would work for a bit and on and on. Now I put mine on the charger and it goes from dead to full in 2 seconds. When I can actually get a good charge on it it lasts half day. Support finally said yes I see that there is a history of charging issues but since it's now out of warranty the best we can do is 25% off for your next charger.

I will not be buying another fitbit product.
