Blaze issues

I have only had the blaze for about 6 months and it will not hold charge, and although the Bluetooth is on and Notifications are on I rarely ever get a notification on my phone.  It also shows I am walking steps when I am not.  So disappointed in  this product for all of the money that I have paid for it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
