Blaze just shut off

My Blaze just stopped working. No lights, won’t charge anymore, and does nothing when I try to reset it. I called support and they’re only offering me 25% off of a new one! Is there anything else that can be done? I don’t want to pay for another one that may die just over a year again.

Restart isnt working so there isnt much else you can do. Its the main thing that brings back the devices.

Sometimes doing it 3 times in a row helps but not always

Mine did the exact same thing at some point today. It was fully charged this morning and noticed a few hours ago it was completely black. Tried charging again since app says my battery is low. Tried resetting several times. I get the vibration, but nothing else. Only had this Blaze since Christmas. Second Fitbit I’ve owned to die in less than a year.

Wow! I’m starting to wonder if they pushed an update through that messed ours up. I know it’s happened to people before and they refused to use Ftibit again. My Aria scale has had problems and they’ve sent me a new scale more than once.

It must be something on their end. Mine has now halfway come back to life. I can see clock, can toggle notifications on/off, and pause music, but that’s it. It will not charge (been on charger since last night). I can’t swipe to exercise or any other screen. I’m about to contact customer support now 🤞

I was wondering the same thing. I've had my blaze for a year and a half and had zero problems. Last week (July 4th) my blaze stopped working and I cannot get it working again despite trying all the suggested fixes on the forum. Hmmmm?
