I've used my Blaze every day for three months and tonight, swiped the screen to "walk" and it just went dead. Had to use my iPhone to track my walk (hate using my iPhone for GPS tracking when I'm walking). I have pressed the buttons; held down the buttons; it's in the charger as I type; and, nothing! Ugh! The LED lights are flickering, but no action on the face of the Blaze. Any suggestions. I'm told Fitbit will make good, when our fitbits fail...I sure hope so!

Customer Service (Joseph!) was very friendly and extremely helpful...and my Blaze is up and running again! Just had to reset it. Push in the button on the left of the Blaze, along with pressing the bottom button on the right of the Blaze...and Voila! It was reset! I'm SO happy! Thanks, Joseph at fitbit customer service!

Just an FYI...the Fitbit support is great. Earlier this week, I had a Charge HR fall apart. Within 24 hours, I had a new one on my doorstep. If it's under warranty, they'll make sure you have a functioning unit on your wrist faster than you can imagine.
