Blaze keeps resetting. Screen not responsive

Hi. I am been searching through the online community for an answer to this problem.  My Fitbit Blaze keeps resetting every few minutes and the screen is non responsive to touch.  I can do a hard reset but this has not done anything to fix the problem. I have removed the device from my account and reconnected this but no change to the situation. As we are in the Christmas period Fitbit support is slow does the community have any other suggestions.

If it doesnt work you will just need to wait for support to get back to you
