My Fitbit blaze keeps shutting off on me. The only way to turn it back on is to plug it in the charger. It will restart and say it’s fulky charged but shortly after trying to use it will say it’s low again. Sometimes it will last an hour before turning off and sometimes it will shut off on the charger and I have to take it out and put it back on the charger. I tried buying a new charger but that didn’t help. Suggestions?

The same thing keeps happening to me. I've called customer support several times with no resolution.
Very disappointing.

In the meantime, If your Blaze keeps shutting off I'd recommend restarting your device by following these steps:
If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?. Let me know the outcome.

I am having the same issue. My Blaze was working fine. It had run out of charge after 4 days, which I would expect. However, since I have fully charged it, now it keeps shutting down on me after an hour. I put it back in the charger for several hours again, it appeared to be fine, only I see it shuts down within an hour. Now when I place it back in the charger, it shows it is fully charged, I put in back on, and it shuts down again, within an hour. Please help!

I followed all the help pointers (Cleaning contacts, restarting) and the issue still happens. Very disappointing...
