I emailed with Fittit support to ask for a Versa coupon because I'm having the same issue with my Blaze. After confirming I had restarted my Fitbit Blaze and followed all instructions to repair the problem, they didn't offer me anything except an apology... they told me that the Versa is having the same problems.
Their last email to me on 11/6 said "we'd like to share that our team is still looking for the best possible resolution for this issue to avoid having the same thing reoccur. With this, we would like to ask for your continued patience and understanding, rest assured that we are trying our best to quickly find a solution regarding this matter."
SOOOO disappointed. I've been using Fitbit since 2012. We even had an Aria scale that started to malfunction around the same time we updated my Blaze. We called and they said it was broken. We bought a new Aria which DOESN"T WORK!! Sent it back and got a new scale from another company. And now I'm ready to say goodbye to Fitbit and get myself an Apple Watch. It's been a good run, Fitbit. Thanks.

Is this happening with all Fitbit models?
I have a Blaze and I was considering getting Versa.
Let's share the model we have under this annoying situation?

I have a Blaze and have been trying all of the different fix methods suggested by Fitbit since the IOS update. Today I did this and for now it is not vibrating when I make phone calls.
I uninstalled my Fitbit app. Completely removed it from my phone.
Made sure I had the latest firmware for my Blaze (178.402.1) This is found by swiping left to settings and scrolling down.
Then I restarted my Blaze by holding the left and the lower right buttons down together for 10 seconds.
Then I turned my Blaze off by swiping left to settings and then scrolling down to shutdown.
Then I turned my Blaze back on by hitting any button.
Then I reinstalled my Fitbit app.
So, it is not vibrating when it isn't supposed to for the moment.
Maybe it will start vibrating again when it isn't supposed to, but these totally random actions seemed to help for now. Good luck.

I’d be interested to know if this also got the text notifications to come back as well. Xmas is almost here and an Apple Watch may be in my future.

I tried this... It didn't work for my Blaze with an iPhone XS max (both of which are up to date on all software/firmware). Sadly, I'm done with Fitbit after 3 years of loyalty. I think waiting over 2 months for a fix was being more than patient and loyal.

I am still having trouble with the vibration even after the call is answered, is there still no fix for it?

Any update on this? I'm about to throw mine out the window and suggest everyone avoid Fitbits. I can't find any resolution for it yet.

As of 6/19/20 this is still an ongoing issue even though app has had several updates. I decided to call support today because it is obnoxious that this still is an issue and there have not been any credible updates mentioned. I have had my Blaze since it came out and the only time I don't have it on is when I am in the shower lol. I have had no issues with it except for this.
After 3 attempts to reach someone at Fitbit support and almost 30 minutes of conversation, here is what I can report: They have confirmed that the engineers are very aware of the issue and are still actively working on. It is a direct result of the iOS 13 update. No time frame of resolution was provided so looks like until the engineers can figure out a fix we are stuck with the issue. Ugh!

Was this ever resolved? I am currently having this problem and I think it is causing my battery to run down within 10-12 hours. Please help! The constant notification even though I have turned notifications is extremely annoying and distracting!!

Same Problem. I am not getting SMS, Call or any other notifications still and top of that battery is running down with 10 hours. This issue is long pending from many months(may be a year now) and is still no solution to it from fitbit.
