hi I am having a issue with the left (back) button that doesn't work and the device is now out of warranty is there a repair facility at all as I have had no issues other than this and hopefully a repair would be cheaper than a new one !!!

Hi @mattfanshawe  there is no repair for these devices. Sorry, but why not look at the new styles out there and see if one of them suits your needs. My Blaze died and I got the Alta HR and love it. It's a bit smaller and no big screen, but it does all I need.

ah that's a shame, i like the blaze and would have liked to keep it but may have to look at another one I will look at the alta or one of the other brands as I have no loyalty to fitbit as my wife and kids have other smart watches now
