Blaze logo keeps flashing on and off and I can’t get past it

It’s been like this for months now and all is shows is the Fitbit logo flashing on and off, no green lines, but It won’t let me go past it and it the green lights in the back don’t come on at all anymore even when in the charging case and connected to my computer.  The side buttons do nothing no matter what combination or how long I hold them.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided about the logo that keeps flashing on and off and that you've already tried to press the buttons and holding them (or restart). 

 

I've proceeded to send your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. You should be getting a reply soon.
