Hi,
Over the past few weeks my Blaze has started losing charge and needs recharging almost daily. This has also started to happen to my wife's Blaze which was purchased more recently. We have tried different chargers with the same results.
I have noticed today that the lights are permanently on and have stopped blinking. It appears that the Blaze has not registered my Heart Rate since I last worked out yesterday. I have tried resetting the device numerous times but this does not appear to have worked. I have also checked the settings.
Please help 😔
