I was up to 8730 in my step count when it did a sync and put me back to 3764. On the challenge im in it has me at over the 10,000 but on my dashboard im still in the 5000's now. why is the blaze doing this?

Hi there @tracyshantelle. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community!

I'm sorry your steps seem not to be counted accurately 😕

Have you entered any activities manually? If you entere any activities manyally, the steps counted in  those activities will not be counted towards your daily totals and will not count towards challenges.

If you're not logging any activities manually, I'd recommend restarting your Blaze. Do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and after that, keep an eye on your tracker and see how it goes.

Let me know if you see any improvement!

I have restarted it, and this is day 2 that I have hit my step goal and just as it was going to sync, it went back to the step count it was at before the last sync. I am not manually entering any activies. It's just started doing this and its very frustrating.
