Blaze making an inaudible squeak when it receives notifications

Whenever I receive notifications on my replacement Fitbit Blaze it doesn’t vibrate but rather makes an inaudible squeak. Is there anyway to fix that?

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After this process, please test your Blaze.

Sadly still does not vibrate. And I haven’t found anything to help yet. Though I thank you for your help in this.

Yeah I did actually and they said to do the same thing. When I told them that I had already tried their solution, as suggested by the community, they said that the motor was broken and sent me a replacement form. Thanks again for your help in this situation.

Those are great news @Theanomaly007, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you can do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
