I am a little miffed at my blaze. I am happy the step count is ok but it says I have done hundreds of kilometres in a day?? How can this be? Is the device faulty or is it something I have missed? I have taken a screen shot But can't see how I can insert to show. But, for instance last Wednesday I did 11354 steps and it says I walked 30k
Which I clearly didn't.

@Philoz Hey! Sounds like your stride length might be entered incorrectly. Check your 'Body Info' in the 'Personal Info' tab of your settings. You can also set it to 0 to use the default stride length.

Andrew, what is the default Stride Distance ?

And is FitBit working on a solution since using the default or an inputed number doesn't give accurate distance/steps ?

I have set my stride length to zero and used this morning. It's still totally wrong. 5850 steps and it says I have walked 16.25 kilometres. That's so wrong.
Is the thing faulty? I close to returning for a refund.

@Philoz You might want to check that again, your running stride is set to 2,000 cm.

@Corvettekid Default is dependent on your personal info, and stride length only affects distance, not steps.
