Blaze music control not working at all.

I am using spotify which i am told is supported.Phone is an LG G3.I cannot get music control to work at all.Bluetooth classic ON phone connected to blaze and my blaze under music says connecting then finally changes to not connected.

I'm sorry you're having problems to control the music from your phone 😕

I'd like to know... Have you tried using the music control feature with any other music streaming app or with the music on your phone directly if you have any music saved? If so, does it work with these other apps or the music on your phone and it's only not working fine with Spotify?

I can probably suggest going to your phone's settings, then go to the Bluetooth settings and here, look for the Blaze. Then, tap on it, choose the option that says "Forget this device" and then go to the Settings screen on your tracker, make sure that Bluetooth classic is enabled and pair it again from the Bluetooth settings on your phone. After that, see if you're able to control the music from your Blaze.

Yes i tried it with the google music app to and the in built LG all to no avail.No apps work.I have done what you suggested a countless times but it never works

I find a restart of the phone many times helps.

Also make sure that the music player is playing something.

On my Android the Blaze Classic shows as a trusted device, then when i go to music control on the Blaze it show up on the phone as a connected inpit device.

No luck.For me it says connecting then goes to not connected
