Blaze no longer reads my heart rate

I have had this blaze for about 2 yrs. It was working fine until about 3 days go.It no longer ready my heart rate or logs my active minutes. I can log workout out but very few calories are burned according to this watch. I tried to reset it. I turned the heart rate feature on and off.. I’m not sure if this is a common problem but I can’t figure it out. I may have to just get an Apple Watch

Mine started yesterday, everything else seems okay though. I'm gonna contact support.
