Blaze no longer recording flights of stairs...

My Blaze is about 18 months old and all of a sudden it stopped logging my flights of stairs...I only noticed this because I have been cleaning out upstairs and making several trips up and down the stairs...I thought wow!, I am probably going to beat my personal best at flights of stairs and when I looked; it read 0 flights of stairs.  That was last week and I know I have climbed several flights of stairs since then.  All my other stats are appearing to be normal.  Any suggestions?

It's great to see you here @TSM66. Have you tried the restart procedure? If you haven't, please try to restart your Blaze. After this, find a location of stairs in a row, keep in mind that each flight of stairs should be at least 10 feet tall, then walk up and once you reach the top of the starts look your information.
