Hi all,
I acquired my Blaze on Thursday last week and it worked flawless. Then I recharged it Sunday around 1 a.m. and put it back to my wrist before going to bed at around 2 a.m. In the morning I realized the app did not display my sleep data. Connection between the app and the Blaze was fine, it showed the current heart rate as well as steps and recorded heart rate until 1 a.m. I figured there's a problem with the sync process and fixed it by restarting Blaze. Indeed afterwards my sleep data and current step count showed up and it seems the sync went well. However there is still no recorded heart rate data after 1 a.m. displayed in the app. Current heart rate displays both on the Blaze and in the app, so heart rate measurement takes place but either it is no longer recorded by Blaze or not synced. The heart rate recording is one of the most important features for me, so any help is much appreciated. I'm using the gunmetal version of Blaze in case this matters in any way.
Update:
First of all apologies for posting to the wrong section. Seems I got lost in the forum. The problem described is related to the sync mechanism. Now, some hours later, most of the heart rate data shows up in the app. 4h of data are still missing though (i.e. at 4.45 p.m. data up to around 1 p.m. are displayed in the app)

@wok64 welcome! A pleasure to have you in the Community. Your update regarding the Hearth Rate coming back is really reassuring. This means that the information was properly recorded by the device.
As you mentioned this could have been a syncing issue. And restarting the Blaze was the right thing to do. This should not be happening again (if it does let us know right away). Try force syncing the device to have the information transferred to the application. This should help bring any information missing back and reduce the time lapse without info. If the information does not get updated though i'm afraid that for those 4 hours there is no Hearth rate information.
Let's keep tabs on your daily info and let me know if you see anything else is amiss. It might need a closer look otherwise, in which case reaching out to Customer support could also be a good idea.
Keep in touch!

The Blaze was not my first Fitbit.
My Heart Monitor stopped working on 1/4/2018. I tried everything I read on the Community page.
My Blaze is no longer on Warranty. I like the Blaze and own different bands. I do not use Music and will never use a Smart Watch to shop. I do not know if I will upgrade or replace the Blaze. The only thing useful to me is the Battery Life of the Ionic, if it is true.
For now, I am not using the Heart Monitor.
