Blaze not being accurate

I recieved my Fitbit yesterday afternoon, and was really looking forward to start using it to better track my workouts. The first function I got to try out was of course the sleep tracker. After an ok nights sleep (I have a little 6 month old with me) I woke up to check my Fitbit numbers. I have aparently walked 3000 steps, burnt 1400 kcal, gone up 3 stairs and slept for 3 hours and 5 minutes. All of this happened between midnight and 6 am. How can this be fixed. Extremely dissapointed with the product so far, but hoping for a helping hand.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Kristh21. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your tracker's accuracy? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it. If after the restart process, you keep seeing inaccuracies, feel free to get in touch with our support team since they have the proper tools to see the information that your Blaze is registering.

I have tried to restart, resync, reboot and every other re- there is, but
the tracker is still registering numbers that are abnormally high. I have
also talked to your help support online, but their conclusion was that I
probably move my arms too much in my sleep and in general. So not very
happy with the turnout of this issue, and will probably return the product
asap and try another brand.

Thanks for the information @Kristh21. Is your tracker being inaccurate when you are awake? If it is, I think you should do a little test, put your tracker on your wrist, walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground and finally count how many steps did the tracker registered.

If your Blaze is being 50% accurate or less, I recommend contacting our support team one more time and tell the advocate that you have already test the tracker's accuracy. Keep in mind that you can contact them via phone or chat.
