My Blaze step counter seems to give me different results that my app called Runtastic Pro. Many ideas as to why I get different readings on my mileage?

It's great to welcome you @LakotaBlaze and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

If you are seeing that your tracker is not being accurate, I recommend restarting it and make sure that your stride length information is correct. After this please test the Blaze.

Thanks for respond.

The Runtastic Pro is off distance wise about half mile. The run time is the same but it’s records the run in shorter distance than my Fitbit does.
